Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Norfolk is seeking a friendly team member to drive new member sign-ups and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will greet visitors, answer questions, provide tours, manage check-ins, and assist with account updates at the front desk.

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
• Handle front desk related tasks: answering phone calls politely
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
