As a Customer Service Rep, you will assist customers with their questions and concerns, process orders and payments, and maintain accurate records. You will also provide product information and support, and follow up on customer feedback to improve our services.

You will work in a collaborative environment with our sales and marketing teams in Jacksonville, FL. Our office is located in a bustling area with easy access to public transportation and dining options.

The salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,284, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
