Job summary

TEWS is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity in Apopka, Florida. This in-office role runs approximately 3+ months, Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, at a pay rate of $18 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuit or completion of an Associate degree preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to answer customer inquiries and maintain empathy.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Process order returns and provide helpful follow-up information.
• Respond to inquiries via email and chat with correct grammar.
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of order management systems and Outlook is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process orders, returns, and provide follow-up information.
• Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

• Working knowledge of order management system and Microsoft Office Outlook preferred


• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to positively collaborate with coworkers and add value as part of a team
