Lincare Holdings in Watertown, NY seeks a customer service associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, assess patient needs, and provide product and service information per physician directions.

You will document calls in the system, enter orders, verify demographics, read patient orders, and support training of staff, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for specific location.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, including automated dialer generated calls.
• Assess customer need for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products/services.
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist with training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follow oral and written instructions.

Offering $17 to $23 per hour

This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determiningongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assess customer need for additional products/services
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike
• help with the training of employees
• calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed
• apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

Education & Experience:

• High SchoolDiploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
• Computer entry Required

Physical Demands:

This employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
