Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sierra Vista, AZ to assist customers with U-Haul products and services, manage rentals via U-Scan, and arrange truck and trailer hookups. You will inspect equipment, answer questions, and prepare rental invoices while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with safety-conscious work habits and willingness to participate in ongoing U-Haul University training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about offerings; prepare rental invoices.
