Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers with products and services, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and ensure trucks and trailers are ready for customers. The role involves inspecting equipment, answering questions, and processing invoices at an on-site location.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn through ongoing training and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Comfort with basic technology and equipment inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Provide rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring when required.
• Operate a forklift after certification is provided.
