Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lowell, MA to be the face of our service and help customers with their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment. You will assist customers using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment and provide on-the-job education.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities for advancement and benefits. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package offered by U-Haul.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
