Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Brockton, MA to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and equipment inspection. You will use our smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals, dispatch and return equipment, and help customers on their journeys.

The role offers on-the-job education, competitive pay, and the chance to join a team focused on safety and customer care. Valid driver's license required; high school diploma or equivalent expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
