Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Natick, MA location to assist customers with U-Haul products and services. You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Certification for propane filling and forklift operation is offered on employment, with ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills expected.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operations (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
