Job summary

AmeriTech Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Houston area to help customers with orders, quotes, pricing, and product information. You will be organized, comfortable assisting customers by phone and email, and capable of handling data entry and multiple requests simultaneously.

The role requires strong communication, accurate data entry, and basic Excel skills, with ERP/CRM familiarity a plus. Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or order processing experience.
• Excellent typing and data-entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel basics.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders, quotes, pricing, product information, and order status.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Enter and update customer, quotation, and order information accurately.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, shipments, and requests.
• Coordinate with internal sales, production, and engineering teams.
• Maintain records and documentation; manage multiple requests and priorities.
