Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; degree preferred in Sales/Business.
• Two+ years in retail, distribution, customer service, sales or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers promptly.
• Process quotes, orders and other customer requests accurately.
• Provide timely, accurate quotes and order details to customers.
• Gather competitive information from customers.
• Interface with Account Managers, Lab and other staff efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and support sales activities.
• Enter information using Microsoft Excel and proprietary software.
