Job summary

Prysmian in Kentucky is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our Product Development Group to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process and manage orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be the voice of the customer, reviewing requirements, providing pricing and product availability, and ensuring orders are processed promptly.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet needs and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or account management.
Experience using an ERP or SAP system.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes for new and existing customers.
Process and manage orders and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Voice of the Customer: manage inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims while delivering exceptional service.
Pricing: review requirements, provide pricing and product availability, acknowledge orders promptly.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze customer data and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Expand product knowledge and contribute to team success through cross-functional projects.
