Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or production-oriented role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Capable of multitasking in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support daily production operations by maintaining efficient workflow and meeting output goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate service delivery.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in company systems using Acctivate, Oracle and Enterprise Systems.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
