Job summary

Sir Speedy, West Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced printing, signage and marketing services team. You will interact with clients in person, over the phone and by email, helping identify needs and present the best solutions.

Working closely with sales and production, you’ll manage projects from quote to delivery, ensure deadlines are met, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers in office, over the telephone, and by email.

• Manage projects from initial quote through production and delivery.

Job Summary:

Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility Overview:

• Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
• Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.
• Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.
• Ensure that all deadlines and requirements are met for each customer's unique project.
• Manage projects during the entire lifecycle, from the initial quote until the project is produced and delivered.
