Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers in Marine, Energy, Infrastructure and Recovery markets.
• Travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle order management from inbound inquiry to shipment.
• Convert inbound sales calls to leads and orders via CRM/ERP.
• Provide timely order status communications.
• Support Outside Sales Leaders and management.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure export documentation per PSG/export policies.
