Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Rep at Check Into Cash in Hammond, IN. You’ll help the local community access essential financial solutions and provide a friendly in-store experience.

You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and development to advance within a fast-growing company with multiple brands nationwide. The role requires 40 hours weekly and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Assist in on-site activities including store errands and events when needed.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with security and opening/closing procedures.
