Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of the company and help customers with equipment rentals and related services.

You will work as part of a supportive team and use smartphones to manage rentals, inspect and move equipment, and answer questions. On-the-job training is provided, and the program offers special bonuses including a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
