Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of its service team. You will assist customers, use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment on the lot while ensuring safety.

The role includes learning opportunities and on-the-job education. Pay ranges from $18.45 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with using mobile tech for rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and review fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
