Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Malvern, PA location. You will be the face of the company, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and related services while using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment.

The role includes hands-on duties such as moving trucks, installing hitches, and educating customers about offerings. On-the-job education is provided; bonuses include a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus through the certification program.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and fill propane and hitch wiring as needed.
• Educate customers about products and services and prepare rental invoices.
