Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Langhorne, PA. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return rentals.

On-the-job training is provided and the role offers paid interviews and potential hiring bonuses. The position involves lifting, driving, and operating equipment with safety as a priority, and qualifies for benefits including health plans, holidays, and retirement

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
