Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service in a busy store environment. You’ll help customers with rentals, inspect equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and dispatch.

The role emphasizes on-the-job education, a team-oriented atmosphere, and the chance to work with trucks, trailers, and accessories while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Customer-service oriented with able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety on the lot.
