U-Haul Holding Company in Spring Hill, Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You\'ll help customers with U-Haul products, dispatch and return equipment, and use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
