U-Haul in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our commitment to helping customers on their journeys. You will assist customers, operate U-Scan tech, and support equipment dispatch and returns.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on learning with on-the-job education. Certifications for propane and forklift are offered after employment, and you can earn bonuses through strong performance.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered on employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
