Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will work with a team to dispatch and return equipment, using U-Scan technology, and provide education on products and services.

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role involves some physical activity and safety precautions, with opportunities for on-the-job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
