U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and assist customers with products, rentals, and equipment inspections. You will work with a supportive team, use U-Scan technology, and help ensure customers have smooth journeys.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to assist customers and explain products and services clearly.
• Maintain safe driving record and a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers, inspect equipment.
