U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and product guidance.

You will use our smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage inventory and rentals, move and hook up trucks, and ensure equipment is ready for customers. We offer on-the-job training, interview incentives, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to educate customers about products and services.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and use U-Haul technology for managing rentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift operation (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
