Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, assisting customers and maintaining equipment. You’ll use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move trucks, and inspect equipment while delivering friendly, solution-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane filling and forklift certification available upon employment.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
