Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will work with a team to ensure customers receive help on their journeys and learn through on-the-job training.

The role includes hands-on tasks like moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory management. A part-time schedule with interviews is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
