Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement needs. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right products while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment or customer service role.
• Bi-lingual abilities are preferred.
• Basic computer and retail tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
