Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, organize merchandise, and support various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months experience with a computer and basic retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, pipe work).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
