Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, integrity, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute across store functions and handle cash transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash/security of assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
