This onsite, direct-hire role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple screens in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Ability to pass a soft credit check (non-impacting) and background check.
• Must reside within commuting distance of The Dalles, OR.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (75–100 per day).
• Demonstrate genuine care and a helpful attitude.
• Communicate clearly with customers about questions and issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Efficiently use a multi-screen workstation.
