Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen consumer and small business banking relationships.
• Open new accounts and assist clients with deposit and lending needs.
• Identify financial needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the growth of new deposit, loan, and client relationships.
• Provide exceptional service while resolving client questions and concerns.
• Introduce clients to digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Conduct outreach to local businesses and community organizations.
• Support branch performance and sales goals.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members across channels.
• Develop knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures.
