Job summary

Parker Staffing is recruiting for a Personal Banker at an award-winning financial institution in Waldport, Oregon. This onsite role supports opening accounts, lending needs, digital banking, and day-to-day branch operations while building client relationships and contributing to growth.

The position offers a competitive pay rate, optional commissions, and opportunities to develop sales, service, and relationship-management skills in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior banking, customer service, or client-facing experience helpful.
• Two to four years of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen consumer and small business banking relationships.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits and lending needs.
• Identify financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support growth of new deposit, loan, and client relationships.
• Provide excellent service and resolve client questions and concerns.
• Introduce clients to digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Contribute to branch sales, service, and performance goals.
