Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises, a leading US-based manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, seeks a Customer Service Representative II to deliver top-tier service, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams. On-site role in Florida, with standard hours 8:00am–5:00pm.

The CSR II will handle account setup and updates, resolve inquiries, and support Warranty/Returns, leveraging product and policy knowledge to foster customer loyalty. Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-5+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years tech support/troubleshooting preferred.
• Inside Sales experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
• Heavy Call Center environment experience (parts/products industry).
• Sales order system and order entry experience required.
• Experience with SAP and Database/Query Software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Open customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
• Assist the Warranty/Returns team with orders and requests.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email or live chat.
• Answer inbound calls with accurate information and forward calls as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to escalated helpdesk queues.
• Maintain status in assigned customer service queues.
