RXO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service by assisting customers, business partners and drivers. You will help ensure commitments are met and delight customers at every step of the experience.

The role requires handling inquiries by phone and email, resolving issues, monitoring routes, and processing changes. Proficiency in MS Office and at least a high school diploma (1 year call center preferred) are desired.

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
