RXO, Inc. in Savannah, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure outstanding service across our transportation network. You will work with customers, partners and drivers to meet commitments and delight customers throughout the delivery experience.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting via phone and email, resolving issues, monitoring delivery routes, and processing order changes. Proficiency with MS Office and a high school diploma are required; call center experience is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 1 year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
