Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Duncanville, TX is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist customers with transactions, build relationships, and provide personalized financial services. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with in-person attendance and the ability to handle cash and POS operations.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including training, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and use of personal vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments; perform on-site tasks when needed.
