Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Kingman, AZ. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment, and related products while using smartphone-based technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, inspecting and moving trucks, and educating customers about products. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with on-the-job education and advancement opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
