Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help with equipment inspection and maintenance both inside and outside the U-Haul center.

The role includes hands-on training and ongoing education through U-Haul University. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely around moving parts and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers on products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
