Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix to be the friendly face of the company, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return gear. This on-site role offers on-the-job education and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered upon employment).
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned and participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
