U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its service team, helping customers and maintaining equipment. You’ll use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move and connect trucks and trailers, and inspect gear for safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers on products and services and prepare rental invoices.
