Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand, helping customers with products and services, managing rentals, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan tech on the job.

You’ll join a supportive team and receive on-the-job education. Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and off-site, preparing invoices, loading and securing equipment, and participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
