Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in the Mount Vernon area to help customers with product selection and store navigation. You will engage customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and ready for checkout.

This role emphasizes friendly service, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments as needed to meet customer needs and store standards.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with help

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to ensure great customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint/tint, pipes, lumber)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
