Job summary

Lowe's in Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and deliver friendly, professional service throughout the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Proficient reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties requiring physical effort including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Replenish stock by scanning shelves and restocking as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
