Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly service throughout the store. You’ll engage with customers, assist with product selection, and ensure their needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves stocking, checkout assistance, and occasional load-in duties. This is a part-time position with benefits eligibility and opportunities for growth within Lowe’s large retail network.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
