Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time role to greet customers, assist with product selection, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll collaborate with teammates across departments and provide quick, friendly service throughout the store. Responsibilities include locating merchandise, answering questions, stocking, processing orders, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience with retail tech like smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service goals
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
