Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers with home improvement needs, locate products, and provide friendly, efficient service in-store. You will work in departments based on needs, assist with stock and orders, and support checkout processes while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
