Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer.
• Minimum 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
