Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Avon, OH to greet customers, assist with product finds, and ensure excellent service throughout shifts. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and help with locating items while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role emphasizes friendly support, stock replenishment, and collaboration with team members to meet store goals. Training and routine customer-facing responsibilities are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so items arrive on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood prep).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
